Who are we?

Dedman Property Management is a small, family-run, privately owned business based in Rayleigh, Essex. We have been established since 2003 and specialise in Property Management including Block Management, Estate Management and Commercial Management and more.

Being a small team gives us the ability to communicate and coordinate quickly and efficiently to give you the best service. Not only that, but you’ll always know who you’re speaking to on the phone rather than being passed from pillar to post. Our team consists of:

Our Comprehensive Services

We manage over 50 blocks, from small blocks of 2-3 flats to large purpose-built developments of 60+ flats. We can help with Block Management needs, inspections, insurance, ground rent/service charge administration, maintenance services and more. We will tailor our Block Management services to meet your requirements, depending on how little or much you’d like us involved. Our services can complement your own property management expertise, or you can hand over the reins to our team completely. It’s entirely your choice, and we will always support that.

We are here for the remedial repairs, the emergency issues, landlord payments and many more services besides, and we offer cost-effective, professional and proactive property management services across the region. We are affiliated to the Institute of Property Management, meaning that we are kept up to date with the latest regulations that affect our industry.

If you are already considering forming a Right to Manage residents company and require guidance or advice in appointing or changing managing agent, please contact us. We are always happy to assist where we can, as appointing a new managing agent can sometimes be a challenge.

We manage properties in South East Essex, from Upminster and Brentwood to Shoeburyness, from Chelmsford to Leigh on Sea, and Southend on Sea.

To ensure you get the best from our services, we only work with companies that reflect our own high standards. We have a list of local, approved contractors that we trust to carry out maintenance, cleaning and repairs to all of the properties we manage. We’re also guided by you; if you have a recommended contractor you’d like us to use, just let us know.

Our Management Fee

Unlike many managing agents, our fee is fixed for the first 2 years you’re with us. After this, we will review periodically and discuss with you.
